Job Purpose

Provide analytical support to the Digital Transformation projects (Data projects, Digital products projects, Systems implementation projects) in the areas of process mapping, requirements gathering, products testing, budget analysis, planning analysis, performance reporting, project adoption, Data quality, product administration, etc. Helps projects troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions, collect users' feedback, analyze user behaviors and propose how to expand current products & systems to serve new purposes. This involves planning, technical writing, testing, forecasting, coordination & scheduling. To act as a liaison between Product Owners (POs), end-users and development Contractors to enable seamless systems development.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

Support process mapping, users requirements and data model analysis

Conducts system/product testing and ensure the deployment in... the right environment is correctly conducted

Analyze the productivity and quality of the development

Standard documents and presentations for the product/system – manage the preparation, coordinate revisions, ensure documents are readily available and usable on OneDrive

Support the Product/System strategy development process as required

Administer the developed products/systems, support projects in the usage of the products/systems. Collects centralize, categorizes, and tracks user feedback & behaviors. Identify & track corrective actions to improve system functionality and adoption

Provide assistance in terms of project control: Budget development, tracking and forecasting, High-level schedule development, tracking and forecasting, performance management, reporting, commercial activities tracking and follow-up

Undertake directed research to draft papers or Memos for review/editing, assist with research on potential product improvement opportunities

Education

Bac+4 / Bac+5

Curricula: Engineering / Business Administration/ Liberal Arts

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment, provide well-crafted analysis independently, display great interpersonal and communication skills - Customer focused and to plan, prioritize and work under pressure to meet set deadlines
