Job Description:

You are responsible for establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate banking transactions; and opening and closing accounts in support of Bank goals and objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Addressing client questions or demands
• Guaranteeing that consumer demands are handled properly and effectively
• Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
• Providing high-quality service in a pleasant, competent, and professional manner

Qualifications:
• With at least 6 months Call Center Experience
• At least a College Level
• With Excellent Communication skills
• Willing to work on site
