Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social and Content Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective copywriting strategies for our social media platforms and other content channels. The Social and Content Copywriter will be responsible for crafting engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience, drives traffic, and increases engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives
• Write engaging and creative copy for social media posts, blogs, website copy, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for campaigns and promotions
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media and content marketing
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of social media and content campaigns and... adjust strategies as needed
• Work with designers to create visually appealing graphics and images to accompany copy
• Stay up-to-date with changes to social media algorithms and adjust content strategies accordingly
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2+ years of experience in social media and content copywriting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to copywriting
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and other team members
• Proficiency in using social media scheduling and monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective content that drives engagement and traffic
