We are a tech startup developing Leka, a social app for Gen Z. Our app connects people in Squads, which are communities centered around a shared interest or goal. With Leka, users can join Squads or create their own and invite their friends to join. Our mission is to create a positive and welcoming environment where users can connect with like-minded individuals and build meaningful relationships.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team. As the Lead UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an outstanding user experience for our app. You will work closely with our Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:
• Lead... the design of our app’s user interface, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define user stories and requirements.
• Work closely with Developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across the app.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of the app.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other members of the design team.

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work for mobile apps.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to communicate design concepts and decisions clearly and effectively.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Passion for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.
