About the role We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to manage and improve the technological stack assuring the best practices and methodologies on quality assurance across the multiple functionalities we provide to guarantee a flawless experience for the user. As a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will: Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback; Participate in QA architectural solutions; Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured... test plans and test cases by: Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities; Designing and implementing automation tests (acceptance, end-to-end, API, performance, and visual testing), debugging, and defining corrective actions. Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics; Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs; Perform thorough regression testing; Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements; Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. About you To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for: Experienced with Test Automation Framework (Robot Framework, Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber or others); Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, different types of testing, tools and processes; Proven experience in end-to-end testing; Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools; Experience building well-tested apps; Experience working with Agile methodologies; Excellent speaking and writing English skills; Experienced working with a multidisciplinary team; Proactive. You look for problems and inefficiencies in code and find elegant solutions to them before they become major blockers; A systems thinker. You think about how your designs will affect other aspects of the product and how it will evolve in the future; Inclined to action; Motivated by working on products customers love, and figuring out ways to make them better and help them achieve their goals; At your best when working on a tiny team of 7-10 people entrusted to build an entire product end-to-end; Excited and inspired by new technology, and eager to incorporate it into your work; Able to identify good design and bad design, and strive to achieve excellent visual and interactive design principles in your apps (even if you're not the designer); Performance thinking.
