Undertake the design of mechanical services for designated medium to large projects

Ventilation and Air Conditioning

Water Services

Heating Services

Medical and Industrial Gases

Chilled Water

Proactively seek all required information from Project Lead to ensure delivery of designs on time and on budget

Ensure comprehensive documentation and audit trail is maintained for all projects in line with quality management system.

Act as Project Lead on small projects

Undertake detailed designs & calculations

Production of CAD drawings ... Revit MEP models

Preparation of specifications & reports

Undertake site condition surveys in conjunction with senior staff

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services

5 years’ experience Mechanical Building Services Design roles

Experienced in CAD & Revit MEP Models

Package

Salary €50K- €65K + depending on level of experience.
