Now we’re recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager , located in Helsingborg.

Key Responsibilities:
• You will lead and manage 22 Warehouse personnel divided in different shift patterns. The role includes daily operative management, continuous improvements, and more long-term development action plans. There’s a close and effective cooperation and... sharing among the members of the leadership team that you will be an important part of. Together with your peers, standards are defined and implemented that enable a continuous improvement towards world class Warehousing.

Objectives of the position:
• Plan, execute and follow-up activities and result in daily business
• Analyze performance and initiate, lead continuous improvements
• Develop direct reports through feedback, coaching and structured performance management
• Preventive and proactive approach to ensure overall compliance in EHS&S and Quality
• Responsible for leading Warehouse personnel to maximize quality and output in Warehouse operation.
• Analyzes Warehouse reports and resolves operational problems to ensure minimum costs and to prevent operational delays.
• Works closely with personnel in the areas of safety and quality.
• Responsible for ensuring that our "CREDO" culture is followed in all aspects. Strive for performance results through continuous improvements
• Establishes and monitors Warehouse budget

Qualifications

Education:
• A minimum of completed Swedish gymnasium or equivalent (required).
• Professional level in both Swedish and English (required).
• More than 3years' experience in a leadership role (merit).
• Experience of continuous improvement and LEAN/Six Sigma (merit).
• Experience/skills of working in computerized systems/organizations (required).
