POSITION OBJECTIVES
• Develop proficiency in Lear Engineering development tools and processes
• Analyze, design, develop, document, unit test, and implement automation projects
• Perform a variety of programming assignments related to Global Electronics tools and processes
• Collaborate with Lear's team in delivering high quality and low maintenance application software
• Continuously assess tools and processes for efficiency improvement
• Provide mentorship to other team members

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 3 year of experience in programming
• Programming languages (Visual Basic, JavaScript, Python,PHP, etc)
• Ability to follow software modeling designs and coding
• Knowledge about testing methodologies and DevOps
• Knowledge in Jira and SVN
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Self-learner, flexible, and innovative
• Proactive problem solver and detail oriented
