What is the Opportunity?

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant with excellent attention to detail to join our team based in Auckland.

This full time role is to support the finance manager with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Intercompany Accounts and Credit Control.

Your role will involve :
• All Accounts payable functions, including but not limited to, processing and payment of all weekly, monthly and inter-company suppliers;
• Perform Inter-Company Account Reconciliations at month-ends;
• Process Accounts Receivable Invoices, including running Billing runs and generating rental invoice schedules for customer invoices;
• Attend to customer account queries, including rental billing queries, invoice requests and general customer account support;
• Prepare management reports, assist with tax returns and provide support during annual audits;
• Assist the Finance and Administration team with the maintenance of the SAP ERP system

Skills and... Experience :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 1 years’ experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Good understanding of ERP systems
• MS Office expertise
• Strong knowledge in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks without supervision
• Time management
