Digital Advertising Support Team Member

Our team is seeking a talented professional to join one of our clients as a Digital Advertising Support Team Member. In this role, you will handle calls, chats, and emails to service B2B clients and fulfill requests related to campaign creation assistance and member account support. Our team takes a customer-centric approach, with a focus on offering the best possible experience to our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from clients, resolving requests related to campaign creation and member account support
• Multitask between multiple interactions to ensure all clients are responded to within established targets
• Make quick and sound decisions for pending ad approvals, ensuring all rules & regulations are respected
• Offer clients basic campaign performance suggestions and provide constructive feedback to satisfy their requests by offering alternative solutions and tips that will benefit their active web... pages
• Investigate the root cause of service issues to provide members with accurate information in resolving their marketing campaign inquiries
• Investigate accounts to ensure terms of use are followed

Requirements:
• Previous call center experience
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of digital media sales
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Proficient with computers and web browsers; capable of multitasking across multiple systems

Additionally, we are looking for a candidate who is solution-driven, consistent in their work, and passionate about gaining experience in digital advertising. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and be comfortable working with technology and navigating multiple systems. Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms is a plus. The candidate should also be comfortable with exposure to adult content, as some ad campaigns may have adult content.
