JOB SUMMARY
Assists in leading the property’s segmented sales effort (e.g., group, transient, association, corporate, etc.) and assists in the implementation of the segment sales strategy and achieving segment revenue goals, property revenue goals and guest and employee satisfaction. Conducts all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. Achieves personal booking goals. Job Responsibilities: Work closely together with PR Team and Digital Marketing Team to implement integrated marketing campaigns through regular meetings in order to maximize the synergy Liaise with regional team to ensure that all marketing activities adhere to brand communication guidelines and standards including copywriting and creative visual through regular updates and attending all regional webinars or meetings Solicit for partners to develop co-operative marketing campaign to... drive awareness and generate additional rooms and revenues for all outlets Work with internal and external parties with a detailed and open mind in order to provide Marketing solutions for all business challenges Work closely with Sales and Reservations Teams to communicate partner promotions and packages (for wholesale, inbound and 3rd party) as well as creating awareness on a property level. This also involves monitoring partners’ marketing initiatives (brochures, advertising, online initiatives, etc.) to make sure the respective properties are positioned correctly. Assists Director, Marketing in the planning of all mailing activities, and oversees their execution. Works with the Director, Marketing and advertising agency on the rooms and spa tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans. Maximizes advertising budget by ensuring that the hotel's creative message and media activities are consistent with the advertising of sister hotels and the company group advertising. Ensures that the advertising creative is in synergy with the company, projecting a consistent and quality message Assists the Director, Marketing in the planning, implementation and tracking of electronic marketing activities Job Requirements: A minimum of 7 years in Marketing or related areas with 5 years in management experience Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong local media connections and excellent network across other regional markets Strong attention to details Team player Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
