Jop Description
• Increase equipment efficiency by corrective and improvement maintenance activities
• Ensure that projects are completed according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, time and cost
• Coach and train maintenance staff
• Optimize spare part consumption
• Coordinating Plant activities

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Electrical, Electronic
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Maintenance Engineer
• Knowledge of TPM applications
• PLC knowledge is prefered(Siemens S7)
• Analytical thinking capabilities
• Result... oriented team player with excellent interpersonel and leadership skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Working autonomously and having a creative and flexible approach
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Living in Gebze; Kocaeli or Anatolian side of Istanbul
