Murex is looking for a strong results-oriented leader who can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while leading a multiple-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. Academic training
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial engineering, industrial engineering, Mathematics, Computers Science, or Information Systems Management Systems... (Not exclusive)

Languages (level)
• Advanced English and Spanish (Exclusive), French or Portuguese are a plus

Type of work experience
• More than 8 years of experience as a project manager and very experienced on estimating, elaborating projects schedules, monitoring and controlling, tracking budgets and supporting pre-sales activities: RFI/RFP completion, proposal creation, procurement negotiations, procurement SOW elaboration
• Experience in the Capital Markets sector
• Good knowledge of the different financial instruments (derivatives, fixed income, money market)
• Good knowledge of the treasury process: trading, sales, Back Office operations, Risk management
• Experience in implementing treasury systems such as Calypso, Murex, Kondor, Algorithmics, or similar either as part of the Software Vendor or as part of the System Integrator team (Exclusive)
• Good knowledge of implementation methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall with a deep understanding of the different project stages under both methodologies
• Familiar with the PMBOOK knowledge areas and project management processes (desirable)
• PMP certification (desirable)
• Customer focus
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good conflict resolution, influencing, and negotiation soft skills
