GROUP ACCOUNTING & TAX MANAGER

The role reports to Finance Director

Key Accountabilities
• Manages and oversees the daily operations of the accounting department
• Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Ensures the accuracy and robustness of Group Accounting records in compliance with accounting policies and procedures (IFRS)
• Oversees the Group Consolidation of financial statements
• Supervises the preparation and in time arrangement of tax obligations and ensures tax compliance of the company
• Is responsible for the Tax – Transfer Pricing
• Facilitates the audit process
• Leads projects regarding Group initiatives related to compliance and alignment issues (ie. group master data control)

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or any other equivalent
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any other equivalent will be considered an asset
• At least 8 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in a multinational corporation or in an audit firm
• Previous experience in a listed company will be considered an asset
• Holder of A’ class accountant license / Accounting Certifications
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS
• Excellent command of English language
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP & BPC
