Account #1

Long-standing B2 account (10+ years) in breast cancer (metastatic and early), supporting U.S. product communications and disease awareness/patient education. Work includes brand communications (i.e., data, regulatory milestones, launch), patient education, disease awareness and DE&I campaigns, and social media and patient advocacy event support.

We are seeking a self-starter who is eager to project manage and liaise directly with the client, in partnership with more senior team members. The candidate will indirectly manage at least one supporting team member, providing feedback and coaching on their work. The candidate will play an instrumental role in keeping the team on task, developing timelines, action plans and trackers to guide projects. Demonstration of a keen attention to detail as well as proficiency in deck and presentation development are also important.

Experience in oncology or working on other pharmaceutical products is a plus, but not required. Proven success in project management, coaching team members, and writing are ideal.

Account #2

Recently awarded global/B2 account in the women’s health space (urinary tract infections), supporting U.S. product communications and disease awareness. Work includes brand communications (i.e., data, regulatory milestones, launch), disease awareness, social media and influencer campaign support.

We are seeking a self-starter who is familiar and confident in social media. The candidate will project manage and liaise directly with the U.S. client, in partnership with the more senior team members and the global team. The candidate will also play an instrumental role in keeping the team on task, developing timelines, action plans and trackers to guide projects.

Experience in women’s health or working on other pharmaceutical products is a plus, but not required. Proven success in project management, coaching team members, and social media are ideal.

Responsibilities
• Maintain regular contact with clients; proactively offer and successfully implement new ideas and solutions to meet client needs and drive projects forward
• Develop internal and external communications, ranging from website content and social media content and presentations and remarks for internal meetings to memos for various internal audiences and intranet posts
• Regularly engage and collaborate with partners, creative team, vendors, media and other third parties
• Manage timelines, calendars and overall account support materials
• Manage budgets and monthly billing processes
• Develop action plans

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a professional environment within the public relations and/or communications industries
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal staff and third-parties
• Self-starter/self-motivator
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is adaptable/flexible
• Oncology experience a plus

The expected annual base salary for this position is 87,000 to 93,000.
