Our client requires a Site Manager for a Student Accommodation refit project. The project starts at the end of May and will run for 12 weeks at a value of £2.5m Whilst you are working on a section of the building the rest of the site will be live and occupied, There is no parking on site and access to the building is limited. This will be a challenging project from the outset and the Site Manager will need a strong personality to ensure sub contractors do not park in the compound. Temporary Works knowledge is key for this project as there will be a working platform, scaffold build, haki stairs & a hoist etc. TheSite Manager will need to demonstrate client facing experience as you will have day to day contact with the end client in representing our client.
