A successful and well regarded national fitout contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source a Site Supervisor to join the team, to run 2 projects in Perth, focusing within the Medical & Health sectors up to $6m.

Established over 30 years ago, they're renown for their innovative thinking and client first approach and the amount of repeat clients they deliver work for, on a metro & national basis.

The Role:

As a Site Supervisor you will work closely with the project management team aswell as:
• Management of the construction process from start to finish;
• Implementation and management of workplace health and safety while promoting a strong safety culture;
• Quality control and management;
• Working with complex and strict time-frames;
• Management of employees;
• Management and coordination of subcontractors, trades and materials; and
• Stakeholder engagement with clients, architects and project managers - while maintaining exceptional customer... service.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• 12+ months Site Management experience in Commercial Construction
• Fitout or Refurb experience (advantageous)
• Working knowledge of Procore (advantageous)
• IT Proficiency
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
