10 Chambers is a fully funded, scale-up game studio backed by Tencent and based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. We are continuing the development of our first game GTFO and have entered pre-production of our next project, a cooperative heist FPS set in a techno-thriller world.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Systems Manager who enjoys a fast-paced environment and would love to be part of building a modern financial department in a creative industry. From a systems point of view, your key responsibilities will be the financial routines, reporting, processes and systems, securing and developing the information flow in the financial process. This is a new role where you will work closely with and report to our CFO.

What you will be doing:
• Develop, implement, integrate, and administrate reporting and financial systems
• Work closely with the finance team, IT and the business to identify system and process development opportunities
• Design and implement internal... system controls to provide quality assurance over financial data
• Advise on how to optimise technology, data and reporting to use the financial infrastructure to it’s full
• Train and support users of the financial systems
• From a business controlling point of view, support finance team in monthly closing process and analysis
• Project management within finance and accounting
• Ad-hoc tasks and analyses for business improvement

What we are looking for/who you are:
• Degree in Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
• Combined experience from accounting (min. 5 yrs) and business controlling/finance systems (+3 yrs)
• Experienced in reporting incl preparation of financial statements
• Documented experience from implementing a financial systems project from A to Z
• Deep systems knowledge (we use Power BI and Mercur)
• A good understanding of the outputs from financial systems to meet accounting and audit requirements
• Process-oriented self-starter with problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate
• Great communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English

Bonus qualifications:
• A degree in Systems Science
• Previous experience from PCI DSS, API, Data Warehouse, Data security is meriting
• An extra plus if you are a gamer!
