We are... looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for managing a team of training developers.
The Global Training Development is a team structured under the Global Customer Success function and that is responsible for designing and developing global product training deliverables for internal teams and external channels (end customers and distributers), supporting the entire portfolio of technology solutions for livestock multi species.
The role of the leader will be to lead, monitor, and supervise the team as well as motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that encourages positive communication, promotes bonding of members, and demonstrates agility and flexibility.
As the Training Development Team Lead you will define the overall global training development strategy.
You will be also discussing global training development needs and will be coordinating with the team members to plan, design and execute the development of training deliverables.
The lead will be responsible to oversee training development projects and will ensure that all projects as prioritized according to global needs.
Reporting directly to the Global Customer Success Lead you will be able to manage varied tasks with various priorities and have high levels of leadership skills promoting an agile working environment for teams located at multiple geographic locations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Global Training Developers
- Defining training development strategies to achieve Customer Success vision and the desired business impact.
- Providing a technical leadership and effectively deploying various innovative instructional design tools and solutions
- Defining and deploying internal training development processes and ways of working
- Discussing training development needs with global stakeholders and coordinating with the team the plans of development and execution of training deliverables.
- Designing and implementing global onboarding and certification programs
- Overseeing and prioritizing training development projects to achieve new product introductions and ongoing product lifecycle deadlines.
- Ensuring legal compliance and branding guidelines are applied to training deliverables
- Maintaining close relationship with other Customer Experience teams.
- Maintaining close relationship with key stakeholders at in market level as well as regional and global stakeholders and establish cross organizational Product SMEs network.
- Defining KPIs for the success of training development activities and working closely with the CX Analyst
- Tracking of training development annual budget with assistance of CX coordinator
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in instructional designing and/or other relevant business administration or management degree.
- 2-3 years’ experience in leading a team in a global organization
- Experience in leading instructional design projects and overall project management skills
- Creative and innovative vision and customer centric orientation that will drive effective and meaningful training development initiatives that will achieve business goals
- Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design.
- Experience with learning management systems - plus
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Able to possess multi-tasking skills and work to tight deadlines and be flexible in approach to work.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
