What will your tasks be?

While working in a modern integrated cloud based environment with the latest technologies like Databricks You will be responsible to develop and steer an Advanced Analytics unit covering from exploration to successful deployment of viable use cases in wide area of application like AML, RET and Corp CRM, dynamic models and optimization or visualization of business ideas across the whole bank. You will use latest advanced modelling... methods in the field of reinforcement learning, machine learning or unsupervised technologies.

Management of the Advanced Analytics group:
• Development of vision and SOW
• Coordinating local teamwork and contributing to group level agile AA community
• Controls the quality, accourding to conceptual, operational and recyclability criteria
• Responsible for the foundation of banking artificial intelligence knowledge (external / internal presentations and conducting trainings, researching new technologies, monitoring technical literature)

Your team will have to contribute to Advanced Analytics projects in the following way:
• Selection of research directions based on business ideas
• Creating statistical analyzes and visualizations
• Implementation of statistical and mathematical algorithms
• Keeping business content and knowledge up-to-date
• Operation of models, monitoring and control of their performance
• Summary of model concept and results for internal customers
• Cooperation with IT colleagues regarding data collection, model implementation and deployment
• Production, cleaning and manipulation of data
• Creation of model documentation
• Contact person for all (relevant) business areas, searching for new ideas and solutions
• Close cooperation with partner areas of the parent company and subsidiaries (exchange of ideas, knowledge, solutions, joint development)

Application requires
• You have worked in the field of Advanced Analytics / Data Science for about 4+ years, or you have at least 6 years of quantitative experience in the financial field (e.g. risk model development and validation, analytical customer relationship model development)
• You have strong people management skills, as well as experience mentoring teams and managers to high performance
• You have comprehensive knowledge of R or Python (possibly Matlab / SAS) and SQL languages
• You obtained your university degree in one of the following majors: mathematician, statistician, physicist, computer science, business intelligence, data analytics, quantitative finance / economics degree
• You have profound knowledge in the field of mathematical and statistical Data Science techniques (e.g. machine learning, data manipulation, visualization)
• You are fluent in English
