Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-respected local authority who are looking for a Planning Solicitor to join the team on a locum basis. The council are looking for someone to assist on a full time basis, though they can be flexible based upon availability.

This role will be an amazing opportunity for a Planning Solicitor to gain experience in dealing with a range of varied, interesting work. The role will involve;
• Dealing with S.106 agreements
• Providing general planning advice
• Supporting with the constitution
• Highway agreements

Required experience of the Planning Solicitor will include;

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor. My client is looking for candidates with previous experience ideally working within the public sector handling planning matters, although a... candidate with a private practice background may be considered.
