An innovative and purpose-driven chemical manufacturing company that focuses on Nutrition, Health, and Sustainable living is looking for a Heath, Safety, and Environmental Manager for their large site location in Drenthe, Netherlands.

The HSE Manager will be responsible for:

- Guiding the strategy and long-term policies while leading a team of 15+ HSEQ professionals

- Being responsible for maintenance of the Q-lab & HSE management system and for the training of employees on extrusion, injection, molding, and mechanical testing

- Ensuring that the international certifications ISO14001 & ISO TS 16949 are maintained

- Organizing and co-executing QESH inspections and audits within the organization

The HSE Manager will have:

- Experience managing a team of HSE professionals in a line management setting

- Fluent in Dutch ... English

- Experience and knowledge surrounding environmental permits in the Netherlands

- MSc degree in sciences
