We are now looking for a Compliance and New Homes Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Compliance and New Homes Advisor, you will assist our Compliance and Customer Service Teams, supporting our Net-Zero Carbon programme.
Providing support to our Customer Service Team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, contractors and other partners via phone, email, LiveChat and app, resolving queries, providing information and processing complaints.
You will also ensure any technical issues arising from newly built homes are managed to satisfactory completion and keep compliance data up to date.
To be considered as a Compliance and New Homes Advisor, you will need:
• Experience of working in a customer facing role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills on the phone, in writing and in person
• Good IT skills (MS Office and databases)
• Excellent attention to detail
Please note, for this role, you will be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
