To be part of our Global Cyber Security team, we are looking for a Lead Cloud Security Engineer with a strong technical background in cloud infrastructure and security. The successful candidate will be supporting us in all Cyber Security operations covering enterprise and cloud security across the Organisation, supporting all the business divisions.

Working closely with stakeholders and third parties you will ensure that the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled and supported to protect the Organisation from cyber threats.

You need to have a thorough understanding of complex IT systems, Cloud Security technologies, be able to communicate with... technical and non-technical stakeholders at different layers in the organization both verbally and in writing in English, and stay up to date with all the latest security standards and best practices.

The Lead Cloud Security Engineer is a member of the Global Cyber Security team and reports to the Global Cyber Security Manager. The Global Cyber Security function is responsible for Cyber Security operations ensuring that the Group maintains adherence to Global policy and industry best practice.

What you will do:
Technical ownership of key Security CCoE deliverables SME accountability for core security control framework components & servicesExperience of Cloud Security Tools and manage and maintain the security components of the cloud platformDefine the security guardrails and controls for the cloud platforms. Including administrative controls and defining the related process.Ratifying the risk rating and endorse the acceptance of risk in line with risk guiderailsProvide technical leadership for the deployment of security monitoring capabilities, including SIEMCreate a culture of cloud adoption while instilling privacy by design and security best practices.Include Cyber Security into the architectural decision making processMonitor for potential security improvements and oversee their implementationCollaborate with the development and operations teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.Track compliance with internal rules and regulatory standards for solutions deployed in the cloudSupport the development and operation of incident management plans and playbooks, vulnerability scanning and remediationStay up-to-date with the latest cloud security threats and trends.Act as a security consultant and advisor to internal teams and stakeholders.Monitor vulnerability identification activities (scanning, penetration tests, etc.) and ensure timely remediation. Contribute to and execute the Cyber security roadmap by identification, selection, testing (PoC) and implementation of enterprise security technologies. Support regular Cyber Security reporting, KPIs and dashboards Hands on experience Microsoft Azure and AWSRepresenting CCoE Security at localised governance forums

Who you are:
5 years experience in cloud securityStrong in Cloud security Architecture, Operations, Networking.Define and deliver strategies and roadmaps.Deep understanding of cloud security best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience in implementing and managing cloud security controls.Practical experience in using Microsoft cloud security stack, Azure, O etc. Experience in collaboration with MSSP(s).Understand the transformation of traditional data center security measures into hybrid and Cloud deployment Working knowledge of design principles relating to DLP, IDS/ IPS, Firewalls, Proxies, Identity Access Management, Certificate Management, SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Anti-malware, vulnerability managementExperience in ITSM.Understanding of the Secure SDLC process and follows the process to effectively develop and design solutionsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Effective English communication skills (verbal & written). Project management skills.Previous experience working within a global security function is also desirableTraining courses and certification concerning security (CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, AZ-, etc)
