Your new company
This public sector organisation based in West London is looking for an Aids and Adaptations Surveyor to join their team to help clear a backlog of cases whilst also helping to deliver new cases which are now a high priority. The job will involve site inspections; however, all report writing / design work can be done from home.
Your new role
You will carryout site inspections in residential properties and project manage works which will make the properties more accessible for residents with specific needs and requirements. As part of the job you will also liaise with Occupational Therapists (OT’S) to ensure the best possible solution is found for the tenants or residents. Types of works will include wet rooms / level access showers / grab rails / adapted kitchens, in residential properties amongst other adaption works.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate it is essential that you have experience of working as an Adaptations Surveyor... unfortunately if you do not have this specific experience you will not be considered for the job.
Autocad experience will be beneficial but not an essential requirement of the job.
