Job Description
Morgan McKinley are currently on the search for a Project Finance Manager who has experience with implementing systems, can data cleanse and manage the AP and AR side of things.
• Understand and assess all financial and accounting aspects of the association
Provide the COO and Finance manager advice and guidance on operational efficiencies that could be
implemented effectively in the current system in readiness for the implementation of a new finance
operating system, but not limited to:-
o Data cleansing
o AR & AP processing
o Membership dues and subscriptions
o Invoicing
o Management Accounts reporting
Where necessary make any changes on our old system that would be considered necessary before the
implementation of a new system
Work with the COO, Finance Manager and IT Infrastructure Lead to create a detailed assessment for the
development of a new Finance... operating system taking into account the operational efficiencies that
would be created
Ensure that at all times any implementation of a new system is aligned/compatible/able to link to our
CRM membership system, or advise on necessary work arounds
Provide the advice and guidance necessary on options for the new system and write a detailed report
with costings for approval by the CEO and CABE Board
Project manage the design and implementation of a new finance operating system
Project manage the timeframes and timetables to be structured around the associations annual finance
calendar and financial year
Support the Finance manager on operational activities during times of high demand
