Corian® Design is seeking a driven Key Account Manager for Corian® in Russia. This critical role leads Key Accounts in the Residential & Commercial segments by aggressively pursuing growth opportunities in both existing and new markets across the country. As a member of the expanding Central Eastern European Corian® Design team, you will promote and secure the specification of Corian® products at different levels of the value chain in Russia while driving value in a very competitive market environment. You will also support our sales & marketing processes for a pre-determined portfolio of Corian® products, expand the network of direct customers, actively promote above mentioned brand among customers and work closely with our Channel Partners to maximize profitable growth... Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Sales of Corian® to Key Accounts in Residential & Commercial segment; communicate within and across regions where key accounts are multi-national Project Management through different tools and channels and a close follow up of projects from specification to commercialization Manage opportunity pipeline to exceed revenue growth objective as well as price targets Maintain sustainable partnership with Key Accounts and OEM’s Negotiate and approve business conditions with our partners in Russia Negotiate development program /progress on different levels within the organization Consolidate and organize information gathering process about the partner’s feedback Create and execute the customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities Provide information on the available product range and inform partners about all changes within the product range Build and manage relationships across Residential & Commercial segment Maintain customer intimacy with our Quality Network fabricators Align and partner with other regional Key Account managers to properly leverage regional/global accounts, sales best practices and ensure aligned, concerted sales execution Continue to optimize and implement account plans while selling value and maximize revenue, profit and growth Drive the Challenger selling approach via skill development, execution and use of established Challenger infrastructure within Corian® Design Identify and drive business opportunities to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets Job Qualifications In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following: Sales Experience (5 years minimum transactional experience and Selling trainings) Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business Experience with Key Account Management Experience with Salesforce.com Results and Customers focused English (Fluent is a must) Experience in building/maintaining strong relationships with the C-suite at key customers, key industry/market influencers, internal partners and teammates Experience leading and influencing teams/projects and accomplishing defined objectives/goals Understands the needs and values of customers and to develop solutions to satisfy/retain Get results by exercising sales leadership, taking initiative, overcoming obstacles, finding creative solutions Work in and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations Excellent verbal and written communications skills Self-starter, leader, independent achiever and highly motivated Demonstrate culture fit, which includes revenue growth mindset, risk-taking, fast and results oriented, as well as core values such as safety, respect for people and ethical behavior. This role is expected to travel at least 50% through-out the territory, with potential for some international travel
