Let’s talk about the role

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager that will be responsible for developing and managing the relationship with our high-value customers, aiming at driving customer engagement and loyalty.

What is in for you

• Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers;
• Build strong and sustainable relationships with key customers to ensure the highest level of retention, through understanding of customer drivers and motivations;
• Responsible for Key Account base growth, focusing on retention and reactivation;
• Respond to any day-to-day queries... requests and complaints and ensure they are handled in a timely and professional manner;
• Be available 24/7 for high-end, high-value players;
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player, including but not limited to hospitality events, daily/weekly/monthly communications, queries, contacts, and escalations;
• Ensure the smooth running and success of the events process;
• Set up rewards for high-value players according to company’s guidelines;
• Work closely with the wider CRM team to offer a world class gaming customer experience;
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting on performance KPIs.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s and/ or Master's Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or other relevant fields;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
• Understanding of CRM tools and campaign planning;
• Good analytical & reporting skills;
• Customer-driven; Ability to react quickly to customer feedback and to adapt communication style based on customer needs;
• Fluent knowledge of Bulgarian (native level) and excellent command of English language skills;
• iGaming experience is a plus.
