We are looking for a L&D Project manager for an interesting and challenging position

What will you do?

1. Working directly with the customer

2. Macro construction:
a. Macro interviews - characterization of the organization and the process, characterization of the content and characterization of the target audience

b. Creating a table of contents

c. Formulation of operational goals

d. Cracking learning methods according to the design and target audience

3. Interview and writing content for study units - classic and digital - building sketches and lesson plans (without production)

4. Construction and management of project schedules

5. Management of interfaces under the umbrella of the project - training developers and internal organizational learning designers and external suppliers.

Requirements
Two years' experience in developing a learning units Experience in developing diverse, classic and digital learning units Experience of another year (ie 3 years of experience) in... building training and courses Office applications, including high-level PPT. – mandatory Advantage - Development of training on the IL Campus website Advantage - Experience in Adobe software Advantage: Experience in developing electronic units: Storyline, Go Animate Videos Ability to work independently
