Location: Karawang Industry: Electrical Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Active English
• At least 4 years experiences in production as Manager in Electronic/Automotive manufacturing, preferable in Assembling process
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016, production management, risk management, safety regulation
• Computer literate
Responsibilities:
• Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods
• Collaborate with management for any tasks
• Divide responsibilities and task across team to be efficient
• Problem solving
• Evaluate performance
• Overseeing inventory
• Ensure the law, health, and safety protocol are upheld
• Approve regular maintenance work
• Control subcontractor production
• Assist upper management for expansion or acquisition
