The position requires a strategic approach to the development of services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement which is underpinned by organisational objectives. The post holder will manage the operational running of a large team of professionally qualified social workers and ensure that clinical practice is in line with CORU professional standards and their Code of Conduct and Ethics.
