Position Overview:

The D&L manager will monitor all aspects of performance of the assigned third-party logistics warehouse. The manager will provide tactical operational support to the warehouse, as the primary point of contact between company and the service provider. The manager will prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, as required by upper management, and serve as a tactical advisor in planning, quality, and system matters. Will provide support for a variety of projects related to cost reduction and service improvements. Will conduct monthly & quarterly reviews with the service provider and provide escalation support when needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Will primarily support Company's outsource warehousing operations in... Sydney but may also be required to assist on warehousing projects in Perth.

· Will support the effective control of outbound distribution from warehouse to end customer

· Monitor KPI performance of warehouse and outbound distribution activities with the aim to improve operational activity

· Will collaborate directly with Company's teammates from Customer Service, Planning, QA, Manufacturing, etc. to drive distribution-related solutions.

· Will work on assigned projects related to cost reduction and service improvement opportunities.

· Daily problem solving and logistics support at assigned warehouse.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance and cost-related metrics

· Assists the manager in running the monthly cycle count and scrapping programs.

· Assists in disposition of returns and damaged inventory, ensuring compliance to Vyaire product acceptability requirements.

· Audits monthly warehousing and outbound distribution invoices and prepares them for payment.

· Supports the manager in organizing and preparing MBRs and QBRs.

· Monitors inventory performance. Ensures adherence to Vyaire inventory policies and cycle count programs.

· Resolves domestic warehouse and outbound distribution problems

· Serves as advisor to assigned warehouse on SAP/WMs functionality.

· Supports timely resolution of SAP idoc issues and stock reconciliation

· Will manage regulatory aspects of the assigned warehouse, to include product holds, GMP issues, recalls, and CAPA support for warehousing issues.

· Monitors customer return process and warehouse’s adherence to Company returns policies
