Our brand-new facility is a 47,000m2 manufacturing site dedicated to the production of corrugated fibre packaging. The site has been chosen to meet growing demand and it will incorporate the latest technology in corrugated packaging manufacturing. Once our site is fully operational, we are expected to produce roughly 100,000 tonnes per year of corrugated board for our major clients such as Arnotts, Cadbury, and Asahi. You will contribute to the success of Opal by: Ensure a healthy, safe, and environmentally compliant workplace for the shift in conjunction with other Supervisors and Managers Manage compliance to Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements and keep abreast of... regulatory updates Lead all aspects of warehouse, depots and logistics Determine, implement and monitor purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans Drive Customer delivery excellence through ensuring that the business distribution KPI's are met and exceeded Liaise with Planning and Customer Service Managers on appropriate supply issues Coordinate logistics projects through partnering with cross-functional teams across the organisation Liaise with planning, logistics, sales and manufacturing on how to achieve optimum results in freight and warehousing efficiency Discover Yourself….
