Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions Australia is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to join our team based at Northgate in Queensland.

The Logistics and Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of materials handling in the order fulfillment, receiving and warehouse operations including supervision of staff, storage, picking, shipping, staging, inventory accuracy, routing, and transportation.

What you'll be responsible for
Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Be responsible to ensure the... reliable usage of transport and proper and safe handling of all Veolia WTS products at our Veolia warehouse & Third-party warehouses. Have a broad insight into the local/International logistics (Import/export). Lead and coach the development of a small warehouse team. Manages logistics performance by addressing daily issues and adjusts operations to meet changing demands. Monitor operations to ensure compliance with Veolia WTS policies, procedures, government regulations for the handling of dangerous goods Provide effective solutions and align strategies to drive reduced cost and improved service within the region Collaborate with appropriate Veolia WTS functional departments such as Customer Service and Commercial to reduce obstacles to meeting the customer on time delivery.
