Job Responsibilities

● Manage the cashflows and maintain proper records including payout approvals

● Prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations,

and journal entries

● Assist with accounts payable and accounts... receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections

● Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash

flow statements

● Assist with budget preparation and forecasting

● Collaborate with the finance department to provide accurate and timely financial reports and analyses

● Provide general accounting support to other departments as needed

● Supervise and train accounting staff, including performance evaluations and career development

● Implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field

CA / CIMA, CMA, ACCA preferred

● At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a senior position

● Sound verbal and written communication skills in English

● Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

● Experience with budgeting, and forecasting

● Knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP or IFRS)

● Experience with financial software and ERP systems

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial

stakeholders

● Enthusiastic, self-driven and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision

● Strong attention to detail with the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders

● Sense of urgency and deadline driven
