This full-time home management role is based in Watford and offers a salary of up to £80,000, plus a bonus (up to 10% per annum) and excellent benefits.

As an attentive and collaborative Registered Care Home Manager, you will ensure the best person-centred care service is provided to residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs. You will effectively manage your staff, providing information, guidance, ongoing supervision and support, recruiting and onboarding new staff, and continually developing and encouraging your team.

To apply for this home management job, you must have a background in a busy, challenging care home management role with at least three years of experience as a Registered Care/Nursing Home Manager with CQC. You will also require experience and knowledge of working in dementia care and a proven track record in managing and delivering high-quality care within a residential setting and financial management planning. In addition, you should have expertise in managing a care team, encouraging, guiding and motivating others. An understanding of safeguarding, compliance and care inspectorate is also essential.
