The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, be confident leading a small team, and have a passion for customer and goods quality. Main Responsibilities-Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Direct line management of staff, including HR policies and ensuring staff efficiencies.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Ensuring Health and Safety Adherence at all times Key Skills
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Maintain... standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Orient, coach and motivate employees
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
