Roles & Responsibilities.

Generate leads, establish and build relationships help in attaining revenue targets for the organization.
Pitch, demonstrate and promote company's training services and solutions.
Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of company's products according to customer needs and objectives.
Develop and implement action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Maintain the database of the clientele information

Minimum Qualifications.

Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or business related
Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales,
Excellent selling, negotiation... and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
