Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated B2B Sales Executive with experience in relationship management to work across different markets. The role involves working with our solar product distributors and generating new business opportunities in the African market. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire and retain customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with distributors.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
• Creating and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer... satisfaction.
• Traveling frequently to meet with distributors and attend trade shows.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship management skills across different African countries.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in English, and proficiency in any African languages is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
