What you will be doing

Selected Candidate will be part of FIS Enterprise Supply Management Team (ESM) Contract management team
• The Candidate will work on routine procurement contracts relating to APAC and other regions.
• The work profile includes drafting, vetting, and reviewing of MSAs, NDAs, quotes, POs, SOWs, Change Orders, Amendments, etc. using FIS’ internal contract lifecycle management tools.
• Free-hand drafting and reviewing of various documents including, but not limited to contracts, letters, vendors communications and other miscellaneous legal documents.
• Works with sales, solution architects and business operations teams to structure contracts.
• Conducts pre-contract data collection and administration by thoroughly reviewing agreements to ensure all required exhibits, attachments, etc. are attached and all internal approvals are received.
• Negotiate agreements via direct vendor discussions.
• Manage agreement workload and actively follows-up on outstanding items and approvals required to forward contracts for legal review, as necessary.
• Utilize sound judgment and discretion in identifying key contract terms and issues that require escalation.
• Partner with internal product group to develop/revise template agreements as required for new product/service offerings.
• Communicate with line of business/department partners about daily transactional matters (i.e., contracts and negotiations).
• Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company practice, government specifications and requirements and conformance to master agreements.
• Responds to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Initiates documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications.
• Checking all the approvals before execution of Agreement
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring
• Work experience. 3+ years’ experience in related service delivery industry, with a minimum of 1-2 year direct experience in contract drafting and negotiating global contracts.
• Individual must have a working knowledge of contract terms and conditions such as indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality and intellectual property rights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or other related discipline or equivalent combination of education
• Prior experience in working in Contract management team or legal department
• Ability to prepare and negotiate legal contracts and proposals
• Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
