Assistant Manager – Catering and Hospitality

Location: Blackrock, Dublin

Salary: €35,000 - €40,000

Working pattern: Monday – Friday (some flexibility required to accommodate functions)

Please note: As this is an educational site, you will be required to undergo a Garda vetting.

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager – Catering and Hospitality with background in hospitality and/or corporate catering industry who has excellent team management and effective communication skills. You would have a great financial acumen and customer satisfaction at heart.

You would be joining a well-established team providing catering and hospitality services to day and boarding pupils, staff as well as support regular events and functions held on site.

Your main areas of influence will be ensuring smooth and cost-effective service provision, team management and assurance of Health & Safety compliance on the site.
