We are currently seeking a day camp teaching assistant to join our team. As an outdoor class assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the main teacher in preparing materials for each activity, ensuring the safety of children during outdoor activities, and preventing them from running around. You should also have experience with photography, photo editing, and video production.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the main teacher to prepare materials for each activity
• Ensure the safety of children during outdoor activities and prevent them from running around
• Assist the main teacher in leading activities and engaging with students
• Take photos and videos of activities and events
• Edit photos and videos for promotional materials and social media
• Manage group dynamics and communicate effectively with parents and staff

职责：

Qualifications:
• Previous... experience as a camp Leader or similar position
• Familiarity with outdoor activities and safety measures for children
• Proficiency in photography, photo editing, and video production
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage group dynamics
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging learning experiences
