As a large, community-centred, non-profit organization with sites in South Simcoe (including Bradford, Beeton (New Full Day Child Care coming this Fall), Tottenham and Colgan), we are always looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team. We are hiring for both split shifts and Full Time straight shifts. The split shift position hours are approximately 630am-9am and 3pm-6pm daily with paid meeting time. You will work 28.5 hours per week. We also have flexible hours for students or candidates interested in only working 6:30am-9am or 3pm-6pm based on school schedules this Fall. Candidates working a split shift will receive an hourly split shift premium. The entry level with a split shift premium and all funding is $20/hr for non RECE and $25- 26.90 per hour for candidates registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators. RECE rate is based on experience as a RECE.

Full time assistant start rate... is $18 and Full time RECE start rate starts at $23.00 per hour up to $24.90 based on experience as an RECE . Wages include existing funding and grants. Full time positions include paid vacation, paid sick days, health benefits (100%employer paid with the exception of your LTD premium), paid float days and more.
