The Production Coordinator role with TV at ITV Productions is a role that requires a passion for all content including television, short form and podcasts. You should have bags of initiative, common sense, be exacting in your attention to detail and always optimistic with a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange kit, transport and accommodation for crew and talent on location both in the UK and overseas
Create call sheets and movement orders
Create Risk Assessments
Submit Albert Carbon Footprint applications and certificates
Reconcile petty cash floats
Reconcile credit card statements
Apply for filming permits
Book post production facilities
Book internal and external podcast studios
Obtain licences for use of commercial and library music in productions
Obtain stills for use in the production
Ensure signature of release forms by contributors and locations
Understand the clearance requirements for a production in line with the contractual requirements of... the broadcaster

Knowledge of post production paperwork portals for non UK broadcasters such as Discovery, Netflix and NBCU
Knowledge of international filming including carnets, visas, innoculations
Knowledge of live studio production
Knowledge of podcast production
Basic understanding of cost tracking to support the Production Manager with coding of invoices for authorisation
