provides supported living services for adults with autism and learning disabilities in our residencies within the Rea Valley area of Shropshire.
We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our specialist team. As a Support Worker, you will deliver person centre support to individuals who present high levels of complex needs and challenging behaviours associated with learning disabilities,

autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) and mental health problems. A working knowledge of autistic spectrum condition (ASC) and a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act & PBS is fundamental to the role. The Successful candidate must have

the ability to understand, have a working knowledge of and be able to implement each person’s positive behaviour support plan (PBSP) therefore, previous experience of working in a similar role is essential.
Full-time hours are available and flexible working arrangements will be considered... Shifts will be worked on a rota basis spread across mornings, afternoons, and sleep ins, including weekends and bank holidays.
In addition to competitive rates of pay starting from £10.58 to £12.46 per hours (depending on experience), other benefits include: £53 for sleep in duties and double time on bank holidays
