Our well established Client is currently recruiting for a IT Support Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will provide 1st & 2nd line support to users and to ensure the continuous availability of IT equipment.

Key skills / responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain IT documentation.
• Experience in Service Desk/Help Desk environemnt
• Remote desktop software support
• Windows 10
• Office 365
• Troubleshooting
