Our client works on very challenging and exciting projects and is looking for a Senior Solution Architect/Team Lead (.NET + React).

Main parts of the application front-ends are built with React, Angular, Bootstrap and it communicates with the backend microservices using REST APIs and SignalR, using .NET Core, MS SQL databases, Cosmos DB, leveraging Azure.

The application’s front-end is currently built using micro front-end architecture, which was put in place in order to be able to combine different modules built with different frameworks.

General Requirements
• Strong solution architect/lead architect
• Centre point of communication for client representatives
• Able to understand the problem statement, create a solution
• Able to build and manage the teams to accomplish the goals
• Overseeing quality and timely fashion of development
• Accept requirements, lead the teams to get things done - map out work, define backlog with the teams, hand the work to the teams to manage
• Able... to oversee and coordinate 2 teams (each will have their own lead) of 7 team members (lead/developers/testers/ux designers)
• Provide check-ins and oversight

Technical Requirements
• Solid Architecture skills
• .NET Core
• React (knowing Angular as well is a plus)
• Good understanding of microservice architecture
• Event driven architecture and patterns
• Replication, message queues
• Strong understanding of software development life-cycle, Microsoft Web Technology stack and programming languages (ASP.NET WebApi, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Azure)
• Azure - Azure AppService, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Sql Server, Cosmos DB, Redis, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Front Door
• PaaS, headless services
• Relation and document databases
• High availability, disaster recovery, failovers and recovery plans
• Multiple regions, cross-regional writing, multi-write, replications, eventual consistency
• Scalability
• Development infrastructure administration and security

Requirements / Must Haves
• Very good English for daily communication
• Mindset of consultant - propose innovations, explain reasons for change, guide non-technical people
