Job Description

● Be responsible for the quality of tax and financial accounting.

● Be responsible for year-end closing and handling Financial Statement audit,

as well as communication with external auditors.

● Be responsible for tax returns and handling tax audit, as well as

communication with authorities.

● Be responsible for providing consultancy on tax and financial accounting

matters to relevant departments in the company.

● Be involved as key member of the new business project; proactively lead the

improvement of tax and accounting function, policy, and procedure.

● Be responsible for communication with relevant parties in person, for

following-up and resolving accounting issues.

Job Requirement

● Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting – Auditing

● Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience... particularly:

● Experience in tax audit field and been working with tax authorities.

● Experience as Auditor/Chief Accountant/Tax & Financial Accounting

Manager at FDI company/Other managerial-level position at Accounting

Service or Audit firm.

Knowledge:

● In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws, tax regulations (CIT, VAT, SCT,

PIT, FCT, customs duty and TP).

● Attaining ACCA/CPA certificate is highly preferred.

Required skills:

● MS Office, particularly Excel and Accounting softwares

● Good English proficiency (all 4 skills)

● Good communication and presentation skills.
