We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our team at Gearlaunch. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for using data tools like Tableau and Business Objects to analyze large sets of data, draw conclusions, and present insights to our leadership team. You will work closely with our operations and marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and to make data-driven recommendations that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze large data sets using Tableau and Business Objects to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance.
• Monitor data... quality to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analysis.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Business Objects, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
