The Data Analyst - Engagement is responsible for facilitating the My Phuoc Analytics Catalyst team in the development of business driven analytical tools and solutions. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing learning programs for upskilling analytics capabilities across the My Phuoc organization. They will be the champions for the evolution of the analytics culture & capabilities through individual development and networking to advance analytics in the organization.
• Responsibilities:
• * Analytics Catalyst Team Facilitation (ACT)

The My Phuoc ACT team is a team of business experts who are dedicating approximately 20% of their time to support My Phuoc... analytics strategy. They will be functionally diverse. The team will support the analytics democratization strategy by ensuring that the broad organization has the capability to create their own analytics but have the discipline to only create analytics which are not substantially available in My Phuoc or globally. In addition, the My Phuoc ACT team will support the creation and implementation of analytics for local and global sharing
• Collaborate with the My Phuoc leadership team to finalize the design of the Analytics Catalyst Team determining required headcount, % of day job, function mix, target tenure/planned turnover.
• Market ACT to generate interest from candidates and line managers to generate a pipeline for the team and project opportunities.
• Develop recruitment material and lead the recruitment of the ACT team
• Develop ACT team training and development program to develop ACT Developers and ACT Translators.
• Manage the ACT team network, coordinate and facilitate team communication/ flow of information and decision making. Develop best practice to facilitate managing an expanding team size to increase the ACT bandwidth
• Collaborate with the My Phuoc leadership group and IT to develop and maintain a sharing platform to maintain transparency across the virtual ACT network
• Standardize analytics processes and tools locally and ensure standard execution
• Engage with ACT members line managers to ensure transparency & alignment of workload and provide input into the PM&D process
• Engage with the process/business leads to determine potential project feasibility, alignment and prioritization
• Manage the projects from approval to delivery, including providing barrier removal to ensure projects are delivered to the agreed standard and time.
• Join Global ACT team to play a key role in delivering Global analytics capability.
• Join APAC D&A School as tutor role to support D&A strategy in APAC division.
• *Analytics Engagement/Capability Development
• Design and implement learning programs for upskilling analytics capabilities across My Phuoc organization, using data for better decision-making
• Build a collaborative sharing platform (e.g. Lumapps), share best practices and promote My Phuoc Analytics Catalog
• Leverage functional communities to drive continuous engagement in My Phuoc Plant, proactively seeking projects to support supply chain efficiency and business growth
• Create innovative collaboration opportunities (e.g. monthly competition) to generate excitement to the organization
• Stay abreast of external trends and new developments in data & analytics
• Lead Quality/FP&R/EHS standard: refer on R&R matrix detail for each standard

The Individual

Education:

B.A./B.S. Degree in technical/ engineering (preferably in an industrial system engineering or operations management fields)

Experience:

2-4 years working for Operations/ Industrial engineering departments (preferably in Consumer Goods Industry experience)

Good data sense, systematic thinking, excellent in data analysis skills. Familiar with Operations management/ processes/ Industrial engineering tools & processes. Project planning, coordinating & management skills. Good communication, both in Vietnamese & English. Office tools (especially Google Suites, Excel & Access), VBA programming, SAP, Minitab, Tableau, Appscript, Python…
